Todd is a brake van who is BF with Toad. They are brother-like twins.

Todd is just like Toad and always greets the engines with "Mr." or "Mrs.". Duck thinks it is wonderful to have brake-van twins and Oliver thinks so too. Todd always helps keep the trucks in order.
